As of December 2012 16,633 clients have successfully completed the Professional Counseling program. This is one of the three mandatory training programs that a client needs to undertake. Professional Counseling service is provided by the Kuruleca Consultants.

Aptitude Assessment service is provided by the National Training & Productivity Centre (FNU). 16,144 clients have successfully completed this program since 2010. This is the second mandatory training.

9,115 clients have successfully completed Life Skills Training program since 2010. This is the third mandatory training.

563 clients have been placed for permanent employment in the first half of 2012. The total absorbed into formal employment since December 2010 is 1,579.

226 MOUs or agreement have been signed between the NEC and various Employers.

As of June 2012 2,214 clients have been placed into work & volunteer attachment
